Just saw your story Simon. It horrified me the way you were treated.I hope you can some how rebuild your faith in Human Nature, but I truely wonder how you could once you have been through such a night mare. My thoughts are with you and I hope life is better for you now.

Hello Simon, I saw the repeat of your programme last night, I’d seen it a couple of years before. It reminded me of your terrible experience and I think you are very very brave to have come through what you did. I cannot think that you are still friends with the friend who deceived you but with friends like that who truly needs enemies. I hope that you have settled back into your life over the past couple of years. Although a terrible experience I am sure you have gained something good out of knowing that you were tough enough to survive it. Good luck.

Simon, I just watched Locked up Abroad and saw your story. As soon as the program was over I looked up on the internet if you were still in Lima or if you are home already. I was pleased to see that you finally did got home in 2009. I hope you are alright and did put this horrible ordeal behind you. A warm greating from Holland.

Hi Simon…just checking you’re back home safely..happy you are..having watched your episode many times..I am grateful that you shared your experience as it shows what happens to nice, trusting people in this progressively cruel world..People are becoming prey to the predators looking for some one to use..it is a blessing ultimately to survive such a situation as you can use the lesson as trust me there are a million more Sara’s out there..God bless….
